Website Terms
These Website Terms govern access to and use of the LiquidVoice.AI website, including marketing pages, comparison pages, pricing pages and enquiry forms.
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These Website Terms govern your access to and use of the LiquidVoice.AI website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
These terms apply to public website use only. They do not replace any signed customer agreement, data processing agreement, trial agreement, app store terms, acceptable use policy, service level agreement, support policy, API terms or other contractual documents that may apply to LiquidVoice.AI services.
1. About this website
The LiquidVoice.AI website provides information about provider-facing mobile voice app services, including My Voice Phone, white-label voice app options, provider branding, QR setup, SIP/VoIP compatibility, pricing, comparison information, AI add-ons, demos and internal trial enquiries.
The website is intended for business users, providers, telecom operators, broadband providers, ISPs, VoIP providers, hosted PBX providers, MSPs, resellers and other commercial audiences. It is not intended as consumer advice or as a substitute for a formal provider contract.
2. Definitions
- “LiquidVoice.AI”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the operator of this website and related LiquidVoice.AI marketing materials.
- “Website” means the public LiquidVoice.AI website and its pages, forms, copy, comparison tables and downloadable or viewable content.
- “Services” means the provider-facing products and services described on the website, including shared app, white-label app, provider setup and AI add-on concepts.
- “Provider” means a business or organisation considering or using LiquidVoice.AI to offer voice app services to its customers or users.
- “You” means the person or organisation accessing the website.
3. Website information is not a binding offer
Website content is provided for general commercial information. It does not create a binding offer, guarantee, warranty, commitment, service level, roadmap obligation, or contractual right unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Pricing, features, trial availability, package inclusions, roadmap descriptions, AI add-ons, app store processes and private deployment options may change. Any final commercial arrangement must be confirmed in writing.
4. Eligibility and authority
By submitting an enquiry on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to contact us for that organisation, or that you are making the enquiry in a genuine professional capacity.
You must not submit false details, impersonate another person, misrepresent your organisation, or submit information that you do not have permission to provide.
5. Enquiry forms, demo requests and trial requests
You may use website forms to request information, demos, trial discussions or contact. You must provide accurate information and must not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, confidential or sensitive information unless we have agreed an appropriate secure channel.
You should not submit live SIP passwords, production credentials, customer records, call recordings, voicemail content, payment details, special category data, or confidential third-party data through public website forms.
A demo request or trial request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, pricing, technical compatibility, app store approval, launch timing or commercial terms.
6. 30-day internal trial references
References to a 30-day internal trial describe a proposed provider testing route. Trial scope, eligibility, limits, setup requirements, permitted users, support, duration and commercial terms may be confirmed separately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an internal trial is not a public customer rollout, production service, resale authorisation, app store launch commitment, or guarantee of ongoing service.
7. Pricing and package information
Pricing shown on the website is public/indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing. Prices may exclude VAT, taxes, app store fees, developer account fees, custom development, private infrastructure, usage overages, third-party costs and professional services unless stated otherwise.
References to unlimited users are subject to fair use, technical constraints, abuse prevention and any terms agreed with the provider. AI add-ons may be usage-aware and may have separate limits, overages or processing costs.
8. Comparison information
The website may include comparison tables referring to other softphone providers, pricing models or public market positioning. Comparison information is provided for general commercial context and may be based on public information, indicative assumptions or market research available at the time it was prepared.
Third-party products, prices, limits, features and terms can change. You should verify competitor details directly with the relevant provider before making a buying decision. References to third-party names do not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
9. Product descriptions and roadmap
Descriptions of planned features, provider portals, APIs, AI features, QR setup, private deployment, white-label apps or future capabilities are not guarantees that those features will be available at a particular time or in a particular form.
Roadmap items may be changed, delayed, removed, limited, repriced or made subject to additional terms. We may prioritise reliability, security, app store compliance, legal compliance, provider demand or technical feasibility over previously described roadmap items.
10. Acceptable use of the website
You must not use the website to:
- break any law or regulation;
- submit malicious, false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, forms, storage, code or servers;
- probe, scan, stress test, scrape or overload the website without permission;
- introduce malware, scripts, spam, credential stuffing, automated attacks or harmful code;
- copy or reuse website content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights;
- interfere with website operation, security or availability;
- submit personal data that you have no lawful basis or permission to submit.
11. Intellectual property
The website, brand name, text, structure, design, graphics, tables, page layouts, software, icons, copy and other materials are owned by or licensed to LiquidVoice.AI unless stated otherwise.
You may view the website for normal business evaluation. You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, sell, scrape, republish, distribute or exploit website materials for commercial purposes without permission, except to the extent allowed by law.
Third-party names, marks and product names mentioned in comparison content remain the property of their respective owners.
12. No technical, legal or telecom advice
Website content is not legal, regulatory, telecom compliance, tax, security, data protection or technical implementation advice. Providers are responsible for their own regulatory obligations, customer contracts, emergency calling obligations, number portability, lawful intercept requirements, app store compliance, privacy compliance, consumer terms and telecom-specific duties.
You should take appropriate professional advice before relying on any website content for regulatory, legal, technical or commercial decisions.
13. Provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for ensuring that their own voice service, SIP platform, numbering, customer contracts, support processes, privacy notices, emergency service obligations, acceptable use terms, billing and regulatory obligations are suitable for their customers.
LiquidVoice.AI website content does not transfer those responsibilities to us unless expressly agreed in a signed contract.
14. App store and platform limitations
Where services involve Android or iOS apps, app availability may depend on Google Play, Apple App Store, developer account status, app review, platform policies, operating system changes, push notification rules, device behaviour and third-party requirements.
We do not guarantee app store approval, review timing, search ranking, device compatibility, operating system behaviour, push notification performance or third-party platform decisions through this website.
15. AI feature limitations
AI features described on the website, such as voicemail summaries, transcription, scam warnings, call summaries or call screening, may be optional, usage-based, probabilistic and subject to technical limitations.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for high-risk decisions. Scam warnings or risk alerts should be treated as possible indicators, not definitive fraud determinations. Providers must decide how any AI features are presented to their customers and what safeguards are required.
16. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access. We may suspend, change, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of the website at any time.
Website availability does not represent service availability for any production LiquidVoice.AI product, app, API or provider portal.
17. Links to third-party websites
The website may link to third-party websites, services, documentation, app stores, regulators or providers. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, terms, privacy practices or accuracy.
18. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from use of or reliance on website content, including indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, wasted expenditure, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these terms, unlawful submissions, infringement of rights, or unauthorised provision of third-party information.
20. Privacy
Our handling of personal information submitted through the website is described in our Privacy Policy. You should read that policy before submitting personal information.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these Website Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
22. Governing law and jurisdiction
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Website Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to website use.
If your organisation enters into a separate contract with LiquidVoice.AI, that contract may contain its own governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution and priority clauses.
23. Contact
If you have questions about these terms, use the contact form on this website. Formal legal notices should be sent using the notice details specified in any signed agreement where one exists.
